What is CXG Rewards Program?

CXG Rewards Program is designed to give you access to exclusive offers, items, and experiences. By accumulating points with each successful mission, you can choose from an extensive list of luxury items and entertainment experiences.

How do I log into my CXG Rewards account?

To log into your CXG Rewards account please enter your CXG Live login (not your email address) on the Rewards platform home page. You can also access the link by clicking here.

Where can I find missions that are a part of the Rewards Program?

These missions can be found on your CXG Live account. Missions that are a part of the Rewards Program will clearly be marked as such.

Can I choose between points or cash for a specific mission?

On your CXG Live account, there will be jobs compensated with either cash or points. These jobs will be clearly marked for your convenience so you can choose which jobs you’d like to apply for.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by applying and successfully completing missions that have explicitly stated that the compensation is in points.

How long will it take to receive points in my account after I finished the evaluation?

Please allow the processing time after validation of your survey and points loading on the Rewards Platform within 45 days after your submission

Where can I see how many points I have earned and spent?

You can see your current point balance in the homepage. You can access your account statement which lists all deposits and withdrawals by checking your Profile. Just click on your initials in the top right corner and then click on the Activity tab.

How do I spend my points?

You can click on the View Merchandise or View Experiences on the homepage and a new window will open with your rewards marketplace displayed. Enjoy looking through the wide range of selection or search for specific products and add to your cart. Confirm your shipping address and contact details and after
checking out, you will receive an order confirmation email for your redemption.

How do I pay taxes and shipping costs when ordering an item?

Both the taxes and shipping costs are included in the award points displayed for the item redemption.

Can I return an item?

We will gladly accept returns for any merchandise item. We will also pay for the return shipping for any returns due to damage caused in shipping, defective merchandise, or order processing errors. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund or replacement item.

Can I return an experience?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for event tickets, travel awards, special orders or rewards delivered electronically (downloaded) such as e-books, music, movies, and software.

Do my points expire?

The points do not expire as long as the CXG Rewards Program is active. In the event of the CXG Rewards program closure, participants that have positive point balances in their account will be provided information on redemption of point balances from a generic on-line redemption catalog.
