EssilorLuxottica Maintains Strong Growth in H1 2026
EssilorLuxottica reported a 5.7% increase in H1 2026 revenue (+9.7% at constant exchange rates), totaling €14.82 billion, supported by growth across all regions and business segments. This momentum continued into Q2, with revenue increasing 7.2% (+8.7% at constant exchange rates) to €7.69 billion. Adjusted operating profit reached €2.75 billion, up 8.7% at current exchange rates. DTC served as the primary growth engine, generating €8 billion in revenue, up 7.3%, with comparable-store sales rising 7.5%, supported by AI glasses, optical and sun retail, and recent acquisitions. Professional Solutions increased 3.8% to €6.82 billion, driven by North America, Asia-Pacific, and myopia-management solutions. Geographically, expansion was led by Latin America (+9.7%), followed by Asia-Pacific (+8.9%), EMEA (+7.1%), and North America (+3.1%). Regional growth reflected demand for AI glasses, double-digit gains across several Asian markets, and the consolidation of Top Charoen, Optegra and Signifeye. Over the next five years, EssilorLuxottica expects solid constant-currency revenue growth, with adjusted operating profit progressing at a broadly similar pace, supported by the expansion of its AI-driven eye-health platform.

Kering Shows Signs of Recovery in H1 2026
Kering reported signs of recovery in its H1 2026 results, with Group revenue increasing by 1% on a comparable basis to €7.22 billion (-3% on a reported basis). Momentum improved in the second quarter, with revenue totaling €3.65 billion, up 2% on a comparable basis and +1% as reported. This improvement reflected stronger retail execution, the gradual renewal of Product ranges, and early traction from new collections, particularly at Gucci. Recurring operating income remained stable at €921 million, while EBITDA declined 1% to €1.94 billion. The operating margin improved by 0.4 points to 12.8%. A key Q2 development was Gucci and L’Oréal’s 50-year beauty licensing agreement, effective mid-2027.

Hermès Maintains Solid Growth in H1 2026
Hermès posted solid H1 2026 results, reaching €8.2 billion in revenue, a 6.1% increase at constant exchange rates (+2% current). Growth accelerated in Q2 to €4.1 billion (+7% constant currency), sustained by local demand across France, Japan, and the Middle East. Despite regional instability and an 8.9% decrease in sales, the Middle East demonstrated notable resistance with a progressive recovery, driven by local demand and value positioning. By category, expansion was driven by high desirability in Leather Goods and Saddlery (+5.1%) and creative execution in Silk and Textiles (+4.8%), offsetting currency impacts in other categories. Anchored by its artisanal model, client loyalty, and the annual theme "Venture beyond," Hermès confirmed its ambitious long-term revenue targets despite global macroeconomic headwinds.

Puig Sets Pace in Premium Beauty Market in H1 2026
Outperforming the global premium beauty market, Puig reported €2.35 billion in H1 net revenue, a 4.4% increase at constant exchange rates (+2.4% at reported). Second-quarter revenue increased 4.1% in both reported and constant terms to €1.138 billion. By segment, Makeup led reported growth at 5.8%, supported by Charlotte Tilbury. Fragrance and Fashion increased by 1.9%, with double-digit growth across both Prestige and Niche fragrances, driven by Carolina Herrera, Byredo and Dries Van Noten. Skincare grew by 1.2%, with Uriage outperforming the dermo-cosmetics market. By region, Asia-Pacific led growth (+17.0%), followed by EMEA (+1.9%), while the Americas' net revenue decreased by 0.9% despite support from North America and resilient demand in Latin America. For FY 2026, the Group expects to outperform the premium beauty market on a like-for-like basis while maintaining a stable adjusted EBITDA margin.

Brunello Cucinelli Raises FY 2026 Outlook Following Double-Digit H1 Growth
Brunello Cucinelli recorded double-digit growth in H1 2026 results, with total revenue up to €749.4 million, a 13.3% increase at constant exchange rates (+9.5% at current). Revenue growth was accompanied by improved profitability and a stable balance sheet position. By distribution channel, expansion was anchored by the retail segment (+14.7%), supported by new openings and store expansions. Wholesale posted stable performance (+0.5%), driven by strong sell-out for Spring-Summer and solid initial reception for Fall-Winter 2026 collections. Geographically, performance was led by resilience in the Americas (+13.6%) and Asia (+10.0%), where demand remained strong despite geopolitical volatility. Europe grew 5.1%, sustained by local clientele and international tourist spending, particularly from American travelers. Following its H1 performance, July sales and order intake, Brunello Cucinelli raised its FY 2026 constant currency revenue growth forecast from +10% to between +10% and +11%.

Canada Goose Delivers Double-Digit Revenue Growth in Q1 2027

Geographically, Asia-Pacific led performance with 35% growth, supported by omnichannel expansion and improved store conversion in Mainland China. In contrast, revenue declined by 7% in EMEA and 6% in North America, highlighting uneven regional demand during the quarter. For FY2027, Canada Goose maintained its outlook for low-single-digit revenue growth and an adjusted EBIT margin of 11% to 12%.

Ferrari Posts Solid Q2 Performance Driven by Product Mix and Personalization
Driven by disciplined execution, a high-margin product mix, and growing personalization demand, Ferrari posted strong Q2 results. Net revenues totaled €1.94 billion, an 11% increase at constant currency (+8% as reported), leading to a 6% increase in H1 results. By activity, cars and spare parts revenue grew 8% to €1.63 billion, supported by a richer sports car mix and custom specifications. Sponsorship, commercial and brand revenues rose 2% to €209 million, as new sponsorship agreements offset reduced Formula 1 commercial payouts. Other revenues increased by 31%, supported by higher engine rental income from other Formula 1 racing teams. Geographically, volume was led by EMEA (+210 units delivered), while other regions experienced expected volume contractions due to model transition cycles. Overall profitability remained strongly supported by custom specifications and solid commercial traction across high-end derivatives.

Zegna Reports Strong H1 Results Supported by Core Brand and DTC Growth
Ermenegildo Zegna Group reported strong H1 2026 revenue of €987.3 million, up 6.4% year-on-year (+9.3% organically). Growth accelerated in Q2, with revenue increasing by 10.3% to €517.1 million (+11.0% organically). By brand, ZEGNA led reported performance with 11.2% growth, followed by TOM FORD FASHION at +2.7%, while Thom Browne declined by 4.7%. DTC remained the main growth driver, rising by 12.1%, supported by increases of 13.6% at ZEGNA and 10.9% at Thom Browne. Total Wholesale decreased by 14.6%, reflecting the Group’s continued focus on its DTC channel. Geographically, the Americas led growth at 15.1%, supported by double-digit DTC expansion across all brands. Greater China and the rest of APAC advanced by 5.8% and 5.4%, respectively. EMEA increased by 0.3%, with DTC growth partly offsetting wholesale weakness, while other markets declined by 10.3%.

Reformation Goes Public
Reformation completed its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange at $15 per share, the lower end of its proposed range. The transaction raised approximately $211 million, comprising $142 million for the company and $69 million for existing shareholders, including Permira. Shares closed their first trading day at $15.08, giving Reformation a market capitalization of approximately $891 million. The company reported annual revenue of $507.1 million, up 15.7%, and serves 1.1 million active customers, with a two-year retention rate of 98%. Its supply chain enables 50% of products to reach the market within 60 days. Following the listing, Reformation plans to expand its store network to more than 140 locations over five years, broaden its product offering, and increase its international presence.

SKIMS Opens First UK Flagship in London
SKIMS has opened its first standalone UK flagship on London’s Regent Street, expanding its physical retail presence in Europe. The new store is the brand’s largest European location and supports its wider international expansion, including planned growth in the Middle East and India. Designed by Rafael de Cárdenas Ltd., the corner space features open-plan interiors, curved architectural elements, tactile materials and a sculpture by Vanessa Beecroft. The store carries SKIMS’ broadest product selection in the UK, covering underwear, shapewear, loungewear, menswear and accessories. It also includes seasonal collections and the recently introduced NikeSKIMS line.

Van Cleef & Arpels Relocates Hong Kong Flagship
Van Cleef & Arpels relocated its Hong Kong flagship from Landmark Prince’s to Alexandra House, significantly expanding its local retail presence. The multilevel boutique was designed by Studio Jouin Manku and features an 825-square-metre stone and glass façade decorated with handcrafted plaster petals. The interior has dedicated areas for jewellery, watches and fragrance, arranged around a limestone and oak staircase. The store also includes a tea ceremony room developed with L’ÉCOLE and an embroidered salon ceiling. A ground-floor heritage space will host four exhibitions annually, beginning with archival pieces documenting the maison’s history and creative development.

On Opens First UAE Store at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai
On has opened its first UAE store at Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates, marking its third GCC location after Riyadh and Kuwait. The 2,852-square-foot space offers the brand’s complete footwear, apparel and accessories range across running, outdoor, training, tennis and everyday use. It also provides a physical base for Dubai’s On running community, whose events regularly attract more than 100 participants. Working with regional partner Mizzen, On plans nine additional GCC stores within two years. The opening follows 22.8% first-quarter EMEA sales growth to CHF 207.1 million, highlighting the region’s increasing importance to its physical retail expansion strategy and customer engagement.

Karl Lagerfeld Opens First Café in Amsterdam
Karl Lagerfeld has opened its first branded café beside its global headquarters in Amsterdam. Created in collaboration with local pastry atelier Pantopia, the café offers specialty coffee and pastries alongside a selection of books, collectibles, accessories, and the brand’s signature white shirt. Its design reflects the retail concept introduced at the London Regent Street flagship in 2024, combining metal, natural stone, concrete, and reflective finishes. To mark WorldPride Amsterdam 2026, the company will host a street event outside the venue. A temporary retail pop-up will also operate next to the café from early August until mid-September, featuring selected Karl Lagerfeld collections.

Estée Lauder Enters Gourmand Fragrance with Glimmer
Estée Lauder will launch Glimmer Eau de Parfum on August 6, marking its first major fragrance introduction since Beautiful Magnolia in 2021. Priced at $130 for 50 ml and $160 for 100 ml, the amber-floral scent combines macaron rose , raspberry mousse and vanilla notes, moving the brand into gourmand fragrance. The campaign features Hailee Steinfeld and targets younger consumers while retaining existing fragrance buyers. The initial rollout will focus on the US, UK and Australia through specialty retailers and department stores. The launch supports Estée Lauder Companies’ increased fragrance focus after category sales rose 10% in its fiscal third quarter reported period.

Le Labo Brings Travelling Concept to Ibiza
Le Labo has brought its travelling retail concept, Le Labo On Wheels, to Ibiza following an earlier stop in Paris. The mobile boutique will operate at El Silencio Ibiza in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia until August 16. It offers a selected range of fragrances, body lotions, hair care products, soaps, and home scents. The temporary installation extends the brand’s presence in Spain, where it already operates standalone stores in Barcelona and Madrid. Its products are also sold through selected El Corte Inglés locations, its e-commerce site, and multi-brand online retailers. Founded in 2006, the company joined Estée Lauder in 2014.

Salesforce Invests in Brunello Cucinelli’s AI Platform
Salesforce is investing in Solomei AI, the company established by Brunello Cucinelli in 2024, to support the expansion of its Callimacus platform. The agreement will strengthen engineering and AI research and support commercial development across Europe and North America. Callimacus replaces conventional website navigation with AI agents that interpret user intent and generate personalized digital experiences in real time while connecting with existing e-commerce systems. Salesforce will become a shareholder alongside the founders and seed investors, including the Cucinelli family’s holding company. Completion remains subject to Italian government approval under rules protecting strategically important technology assets and other closing Conditions.

Pomellato Names Yang Zi Global Brand Ambassador
Pomellato has appointed Chinese actress Yang Zi as its latest global brand ambassador, introducing the partnership through a campaign for the Nudo jewellery collection. Photographed by Chen Man, it marks Yang’s first work for the Milanese house. Yang has spent 20 years in entertainment and reaches more than 93 million followers across Instagram, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and Douyin. In June 2026, she became the first actress born in the 1990s to win the Magnolia Award for Best Actress.
