CXG Announces Helen Zeitoun as New Advisory Board Member


19/10/2022 – CXG, an alliance of agencies offering solutions that enhance customer relationships with luxury brands, announced today the newest member of their advisory board: Helen Zeitoun.  

Helen Zeitoun, is a multiple award-winning CEO with over 20 years’ experience in global strategic business leadership and revenue growth acceleration. Ex-president of the French Marketing Association, and ex-member of the MIT Innovation Lab, Helen is an instinctive intrapreneur that has created and developed the Ipsos Global Science Organization. Today, she leads a data strategy advisory firm derived from a book she published and is an advocate of human-centricity in brands. 

Helen joins an existing board of esteemed leaders in the luxury industry Frederic de Narp, Yseulys Costes, Francois Delage, Francois Leaute, and Lina Ly. 

The CXG board is set on providing strategic guidance for fostering the long-term success of the organization. It will continue to do its utmost best to give sound and actionable advice for the overall direction and strategy of the Customer Experience Group.  

Together, the six members each bring their expertise and vast experience that is valuable in making strategic decisions that will help navigate the Group through the ever-changing business landscape.
