LuxExperience Releases Q1 FY2026 Results
Luxury multi-brand digital platform LuxExperience reported Q1 FY2026 results defined by a strong performance from Mytheresa. The overall Group’s Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) declined by -4.3% to €589.0 million, with total net sales decreasing by -4.2% to €557.2 million, impacted by net sales decreases at Net-à- Porter & Mr. Porter (-10.8% to €212.3M) as well as YOOX (-16.6% to €118.6M). Mytheresa delivered +13.5% GMV growth to €245.9 Million and a +12.2% net sales increase to €226.3 Million. The robust performance of MyTheresa drove profitability, resulting in an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 3.5% (+210 bps year-over-year). Across the luxury segment, Mytheresa saw an impressive +15.0% increase in GMV per top customer, with Average Order Value rising by +10.7% to €797. The Group continues its strategic transformation via the divestment of THE OUTNET assets to streamline operations. The FY2026 outlook projects Group GMV between €2.4 billion and €2.7 billion, with an Adjusted EBITDA margin forecasted between -2% and +1% .

Kering Creates Investment Arm “House of Dreams”
Kering CEO Luca De Meo plans to establish a new investment unit called "House of Dreams" to acquire stakes in emerging brands and reduce the luxury group's reliance on Gucci, which currently accounts for roughly half of its operating profit. The new arm will focus on areas like experiential technology, Indian craftsmanship, and Chinese luxury during an initial 90-day pilot phase.

Known in the industry for his work at Celine and as Creative Director for Mulberry, Coca successfully launched the Accessories Design Graduates Initiative during his tenure at Vuitton. His next professional move remains unconfirmed.

Saint Laurent Opens Experiential Paris Flagship
Saint Laurent revealed a new flagship at 35-37 Avenue Montaigne in Paris, replacing its smaller prior location with the intent to shift from a transactional model to an experiential one. The spacious, 3-level store, which previously housed the Canadian Embassy, is designed to evoke a grand collector’s apartment. It features museum-caliber furniture and major artworks on loan from the François Pinault collection. Distinct areas include the womenswear floor, a privatizable "Gallery Montaigne," and a top floor dedicated to menswear. The flagship will also introduce Saint Laurent’s first-ever made-to-order service for ready-to-wear, leather goods, and shoes.

Chanel Unveils Two-Story Flagship Boutique at Bloomingdale's
Chanel unveiled its first 2-story boutique inside Bloomingdale’s flagship in New York, which opened after the launch of the Cruise 2025/2026 collection. The space, created in partnership with architect Peter Marino, is inspired by Gabrielle Chanel’s Paris apartment, featuring the brand's signature black, white, and gold palette. The layout of the boutique is centered on client service, with a grand staircase that connects the main area to a dedicated Chanel shoe salon. Bloomingdale’s noted that it’s their first designer boutique of this scale, integrating all fashion categories, watches, and fine jewelry. The boutique includes 5 total salons and a VIP fitting room suite.

The add-on easily wraps around the Oura Ring 4, utilizing the device’s strong market position. Handmade in Milan, the Lil Cover is crafted from 18-karat gold or 925 sterling silver and features lab-grown diamonds, with styles including Pavé, Letter, and Marquise. Prices range from €300 to €1 900.
