Clinique La Prairie Introduces a New Life Reset Program
Clinique La Prairie introduced Life Reset, a new 7-day holistic mental health program at its facilities in Switzerland and China, with a proprietary framework based on 9 hallmarks of mental health. The program utilizes a "4Rs" approach: release, reset, reconnect, and renew to target stress and emotional resilience. Treatments include molecular screening, hypnotherapy, meditation, and technology-driven therapies like vagus nerve stimulation. Designed for high-performance individuals, the intervention includes a 60-day supplement regimen to sustain habits of post-treatment.
