Restoration Hardware Posts Strong Q3 2025 Results Amidst Challenging Housing Market
Restoration Hardware (RH) delivered robust Q3 2025 results, posting $884 million in revenue, a +9% increase year-over-year, and a +18% jump over two years, underscoring its disruptive performance despite the most challenging housing market in decades. Operational health was strong, with the Adjusted EBITDA Margin at 17.6% and $83 million in free cash flow. RH continues with significant market share expansion, evidenced by 2-year gains of 12 to 28 points. The firm is reducing excess inventory, down -11% and holds $500 million in monetizable real estate assets. Strategically, RH is advancing a major product transformation and building a global platform, highlighted by the Paris retail launch. The Q4 outlook projects revenue growth between +7% and +8%, with FY 2025 anticipating +9% to +9.2% growth and 17.6% to 18% Adjusted EBITDA Margin.

L'Oréal Boosts Galderma Ownership to 20%
French beauty giant, L’Oréal SA, is doubling its stake in Swiss skincare company Galderma Group AG to 20%, betting on the fast-growing dermatological beauty space. The purchase involves the acquisition of 24 million shares from an investor group led by private equity firm EQT AB, at an undisclosed price. Galderma, founded in 1981 as a joint venture between L’Oréal and Nestlé SA, went public on the Swiss stock exchange in March 2024, prompting L’Oréal to purchase a 10% stake in August of the same year. The current transaction may also result in two L’Oréal representatives joining Galderma’s board.

Stone Island is expanding its footprint in North America by opening multiple new retail spaces, bringing its regional store count to 9. The Italian outerwear brand has inaugurated a new location at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California, and its 2nd Canadian flagship, in Toronto’s Yorkdale Shopping Center. These openings, which follow a recent relocation in New York's SoHo, are part of a strategic push to expand the brand's DTC business. The new units, along with new shops-in-shop at Holt Renfrew and Saks Fifth Avenue, utilize a next-generation retail concept designed with OMA/AMO, featuring cork-clad walls and stainless steel to highlight the brand's focus on material research and design.

Karl Lagerfeld Expands Global Footprint with Major Real Estate Projects
The Karl Lagerfeld fashion house is significantly expanding its branded residences globally, with 2 new projects. A major partnership with AARK Developers was revealed for a $1.4 billion ultra-luxury waterfront development on Dubai's Al Marjan Island, scheduled for 2028 completion. This project will feature 663 sea-view residences, including 20 podium villas and 11 rare beachfront villas, with amenities like two cafés, a beach club, and a sky bar with an infinity pool. The same day, the brand unveiled a separate 10-unit luxury apartment building in Lisbon. Furthermore, the company has a forthcoming project for 51 luxury villas in Dubai with Taraf Holding.

This move builds on the French luxury brand’s existing multiyear partnership with the Automobile Club de Monaco, which began in 2021 when Louis Vuitton first designed the trophy travel case for the winner. The brand's increased commitment follows parent company LVMH signing on as the global luxury partner of Formula 1 in a 10-year deal last year.
