OTB Group Finalizes Full Acquisition of Viktor & Rolf
Italian fashion group OTB has taken full ownership of Viktor&Rolf. OTB initially purchased a 51% stake in 2008 and increased it to 70% in 2019. Founders Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren will remain creative directors for five more years. Beyond contemporary couture, the brand operates in ready-to-wear, bridal, eyewear, and a 20-year fragrance partnership with L’Oréal Luxe. OTB’s portfolio also includes Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni, Staff International, Brave Kid, and a stake in Amiri. The financial terms for the final acquisition were not disclosed.

Hermès Reopens Expanded Berlin Flagship
Hermès has unveiled its newly expanded and redesigned Berlin boutique, housed in a historic Wilhelminian-era building. Designed by RDAI, the location retains its original stucco ceilings and features window geometry designed to project amber lighting onto the exterior stone façade. Inside, ochre and natural tones complement organic textures, graphic motifs, and braided leather offcuts from the maison’s ateliers. Featuring bespoke furniture by local artists, the store unites all sixteen métiers, including leather goods, silk, and beauty, functioning as both a retail environment and cultural meeting place.

The Mark Hotel Unveils $1 Million World Cup Final Experience
The Mark Hotel in Manhattan has launched an approximately $1 million (€861,540) "World Cup Extravaganza" package for six guests, timed around the tournament's closing weekend from July 16 to July 21. The package features a four-night stay in the hotel’s well-known two-floor penthouse, alongside two extra rooms for companions or staff. Amenities include a 24-hour Butler, an on-call massage therapist, a private New York Harbour cruise, a private gym, and a cold plunge pool. The penthouse will operate as a private viewing lounge with oversized screens. For the final on July 19 at MetLife Stadium, guests receive private helicopter transfers, midfield premium seating, pitch-side viewing, and exclusive hospitality access.
